At 1st Step Healthcare Training our Mission is to train, educate, and develop passionate, courageous, and optimistic individuals to join the healthcare field. Members of 1st Step Healthcare Training will contribute to the health of all populations through innovative and impactful nursing assistant education, clinical and service.
Our Instructors are experienced professionals in their respective fields, and are passionate about teaching and helping others succeed. They bring real-world knowledge and practical skills to the classroom, ensuring that our students are well prepared for their future endeavors.
Our instructors are trained and highly respected due to their expertise. Each instructor brings a distinctive background from healthcare to the classroom. This background includes long term care (LTC) and acute hospital experience.
